• Monthly services require advance payment
• Late payments may incur additional charges

Refund Policy

• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
• No refunds for completed work or services already delivered
• Refund requests must be made within 30 days
• Processing fees and third-party charges are non-refundable

Our Rights

Client Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom work created specifically for them, subject to our right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

Project Scope

Client Responsibilities

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes
• We are not responsible for third-party services or content
• Force majeure events are excluded from our liability

We respect the confidentiality of our clients and agree to:

• Keep all client information confidential
• Not disclose sensitive business information
• Use information only for the purpose of providing services
• Sign additional NDAs when required
• Maintain security measures to protect confidential information

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• With written notice as specified in the service agreement
• Immediately for breach of terms or non-payment
• For convenience with appropriate notice period

Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately, and we will provide completed work up to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations first
• Mediation if negotiations fail
• Arbitration in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
• Courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh for any remaining disputes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

For significant changes, we will provide notice through email or prominent website notices.
